Gorgeous Green Hills and Beautiful Blues in Livermore: Photo of the Week

LIVERMORE, CA — Glenn Stewart of Livermore said it best when he submitted his photo of the week, writing "April Showers Brings Green Hills."

The hills in the photo are lush with green life, so that is certainly a great way to summarize this snap. The peaceful water and gorgeous sky below and above the green hills really highlight the scenic nature scene in the photo, which, according to Stewart, he took while standing at the abandoned quarry pond near Alden Lane and Old Oak Road looking in the direction of Ruby Hill.
