LIVERMORE, CA — All lanes are open again on westbound Interstate Highway 580 in Livermore after a big-rig crash this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver suffered minor injuries in the crash reported at about 10:40 a.m. near Airway Boulevard, CHP officials said. At one point, three lanes were blocked.
