Fire Burns At Altamont Pass, Forward Progress Stopped
Cal Fire says crews have contained a fire that broke out near Altamont Pass Road.

LIVERMORE, CA — Firefighters have stopped forward progress on a 20-acre fire burning at Altamont Pass Road and Grant Line Road, according to Cal Fire.
Cal Fire first reported a 5-acre fire at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday. No injuries have been reported.
The area has been the site of several fires in less than a month, including the 50-acre Flynn Fire, the 44-acre Greenville Fire, and the 14,000-acre Corral Fire.
