Garrison Pleads Not Guilty to Child Molestation

A 37-year-old Livermore man accused of child molestation entered a not guilty plea in court Tuesday.

He faces multiple child sex abuse charges, according to court records.

A police report said the victim told a detective that the alleged sex crimes have been going on for about two years.

Garrison is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $450,000 bail.

His pre-trial is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Aug. 29 in Department 703 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton.
