Gun Brandished In Livermore After Attempted Car Break-In: Police
A Livermore resident attempted to intervene after witnessing four people attempt to break into a car, police said.

LIVERMORE, CA — A man with trying to break into a car pulled a gun on the Livermore resident who attempted to stop the break-in, police said.
The confrontation occurred around 4:20 p.m. Sunday. Police were not immediately available to provide the location of the incident.
A Livermore resident saw four people trying to break into a car and interrupted them, Livermore Police spokesperson Officer Taylor Burrus said in an email. A young man brandished a gun and all four fled in a maroon Toyota SUV, she said.

If caught, the suspect could face charges of attempted car burglary and brandishing a gun, she said.
