Livermore Community Service Day Set For May
Volunteers will plant trees, donate blood, clean up parks, and more, followed by a lunch and Volunteer Opportunity Fair.
LIVERMORE, CA — Anyone looking to give back to Livermore can register for Community Service Day on May 4, which is looking for more than 800 volunteers to complete projects throughout the city.
Anyone looking to help out can work on a variety of projects suitable for all ages, including creek and park cleanups, tree planting, helping plant trees and remove invasive plants, and much more. See here to sign up for dozens of different projects.
The city and parks department are also looking for business sponsors, and volunteers to host community projects and booths at the Volunteer Opportunity Fair. Click on the links to register.
