Livermore National Night Out Registration Deadline Is Friday
Officers will join the community-building event with California Highway Patrol Dublin area and the Livermore-Pleasanton fire department.

LIVERMORE, CA — National Night Out, an annual event aimed at strengthening relationships between police and their communities, is set for August 2. The event is always the first Tuesday of August in most places.
The Livermore police department plans to participate and encourages the community to get involved.
“The past few years have brought much change, including new residents. We encourage you to use National Night Out to connect with your neighbors both new and old,” the department said. “Share a potluck meal, ice cream social, or any other fun gathering of your choice. This is a great re-start to reconnecting and form a communal plan to combat crime on your street amongst friends and neighbors."
