Local Leaders, Community Welcomes New Tri-Valley PACE Center For Seniors
The new CEI Tri-Valley PACE Center provides medical and social services for seniors.
LIVERMORE, CA — Numerous community leaders — including the mayors and vice mayors of Dublin, San Ramon, Livermore, and Pleasanton; Rep. Eric Swalwell, California State Senator Jerry McNerney, Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan, and Alameda County Supervisors David Haubert and Nate Miley — attended the grand opening of the new Tri-Valley PACE Center in Livermore on Friday.
The Center for Elders' Independence PACE Center offers comprehensive medical care and social services under one roof. Seniors now have access to:
- Primary and specialty medical care
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- In-home care and personal support services
- Behavioral health and counseling
- Transportation to and from the center and medical appointments
- Nutritious meals and dietary counseling
- Medication management and pharmacy services
- Vision, dental, and podiatry services
- Social and recreational programs to build connection and joy
The center also serves as a community hub to support seniors searching for community and connection.

“We are excited to bring our mission to the Tri-Valley community,” CEI CEO Maria Zamora said in a statement. “The new Tri-Valley PACE center will provide life-changing care that allows older adults to live safely and independently in their homes, surrounded by community and supported by an expert team. Our mission is to empower seniors to live fulfilling lives on their own terms.”
