Man Accused of Child Sex Crime Scheduled to Appear in Court

David Charles Garrison, who was arrested in Livermore last month on suspicion of sexually abusing a child, is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

A 37-year-old man accused of committing sex crimes against a child under 14 is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.

David Charles Garrison is expected to be arraigned on multiple child sex abuse charges and enter a plea, according to court records. , court records show.

Garrison is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $450,000 bail. His scheduled arraignment and plea will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday, in Department 701 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton.
