Man Arrested After Brandishing Shotgun During Argument
Officers temporarily close down Pine Street near Rincon Avenue to detain reported armed man.

A 29-year-old Livermore man was arrested on suspicion of brandishing a shotgun during an argument, Sgt. Todd Madrid said.
At around 1:47 p.m. Saturday, police were sent to a home on the 1300 block of Pine Street, near Rincon Avenue, regarding a verbal argument. As officers were en route they learned that a person in the home was in possession of a shotgun, Madrid said.
All occupants of the home came out of the house except for the reported armed man, later identified as Robert Leal.

Leal, who lives at the house, eventually surrendered to police at around 2 p.m. after they called for him to come out using a PA system.
After Leal was detained, police secured the home and found a shotgun, Madrid said.
Leal is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Department 701 of the Gale-Schenone Hall of Justice in Pleasanton. He is being held at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $20,000 bail.
