Meadowlark Dairy Set To Expand To Livermore

Tri-Valley neighbors will have a second place to enjoy Meadowlark's famous soft-serve later this year at a new shop in Livermore.

LIVERMORE, CA — Pleasanton's famed Meadowlark Dairy will open a second location later this year in Livermore, bringing its rotating menu of soft-serve ice cream and milkshakes to more Tri-Valley customers.

According to The Mercury News, loyal customers played a role in the decision to expand the dairy for the first time since its founding in the early 20th century, when Meadowlark became the first certified dairy in California.

The Neal Street drive-through opened in 1969 and has served up cold treats to generations of Pleasanton regulars.
