Woman Accused Of Stealing 25+ Boxes Of Shoes, Clothing From Livermore Outlets
Police say the suspect had boxes of stolen merchandise inside a stolen U-Haul obtained using a fraudulent ID.

LIVERMORE, CA — A 38-year-old woman was arrested at the San Francisco Premium Outlets on charges of stealing over 25 boxes of shoes from the Children's Place and piles of clothing, according to the Livermore Police Department.
On Monday at around 11 a.m., Livermore police responded to reports of a woman carrying bags to a U-Haul van parked at the outlets. Inside the van, officers reportedly saw over 25 boxes of shoes from the Children's Place, and piles of suspected stolen clothing in plain view. Police also allege that the U-Haul key was fraudulently rented using a fake Nevada ID and credit card. U-Haul confirmed that that the van was stolen and reported to Dublin Police Services.
Lashay Dodds, 38 of San Francisco, was arrested and booked into Santa Rita Jail on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, and petty theft with prior convictions.
