14-Year-Old Missing Girl Headed To Long Beach
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's help to find a missing 14-year-old girl.

LONG BEACH, CA — A missing 14-year-old girl could be headed to Long Beach, according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.
Brooklyn Collins was reported missing at about 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and was last seen in the 1100 block of West 94th Street in LA. According to the Sheriff's Department, Brooklyn could have been headed to the 2600 block of North Lakewood Boulevard in Long Beach.
Brooklyn was described as a 5-foot 3-inch tall Black girl with brown eyes and braided hair. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue shorts, white sneakers and gold chains.

"Ms. Collins’ family is concerned for her wellbeing and asking for the public’s help," LASD said in a statement.
Anyone who may have information about Brooklyn's whereabouts was urged to contact LASD's Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500. Anonymous tips may be submitted by calling 800-222-8477 or online at LACrimeStoppers.org.
