LONG BEACH, CA - A 23-year-old Long Beach man was found dead inside a vehicle on a Long Beach street, police said Sunday.Officers went to the area of 19th Street and Cedar Avenue about 2:45 a.m. Sunday in response to reports that shots were heard, police said.The officers found an unresponsive man with an apparent gunshot injury inside a vehicle in the 1700 block of Pacific Avenue, police said. Long Beach Fire Department paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.The victim was identified as Ryan Davone Martin, police said.A motive for the shooting was unknown and no suspect information was not available.Police asked anyone with information to call homicide detectives at (562) 570-7244.
