Man Wounded In Drive-By Shooting In Long Beach

LONG BEACH, CA — A man suffered a gunshot wound to the lower body during a drive-by shooting Sunday morning in Long Beach, authorities said.
Officers were dispatched at about 2:50 a.m. Sunday to the 600 block of West Anaheim Street, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
Police said the victim and a woman were standing outside when they were approached by a vehicle and an unknown suspect in the vehicle fired at the victims, striking the man.
