Police Search For Missing 43-Year-Old Man In Long Beach

The missing man may become disoriented, according to the Long Beach Police Department.

LONG BEACH, CA — Police asked for the public's help Wednesday in locating a missing at-risk man last seen in Long Beach.

Hue Ky Troung, 43, has a diminished mental capacity and may become disoriented, according to the Long Beach Police Department. He was last seen by a family member about 5 p.m. Monday in the 900 block of Orange Avenue.

Troung is described as Vietnamese, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has a scar on his stomach, no upper teeth and has a heavy speech impediment.

Troung was wearing a brown jacket, gray shorts and red shoes when last seen.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to call the LBPD's Missing Persons Detail at 562-570-7246 or police dispatch at 562-435- 6711.
