Roof Prowler Arrested In Downtown Long Beach
Long Beach police Tuesday arrested a prowler who was sitting atop the rooftop of a residential building with a gun downtown.

LONG BEACH, CA — Long Beach police arrested a prowler atop the roof of a residential building downtown Tuesday morning.
Police were notified that the prowler was in the 200 block of Linden Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. When officers arrived, they were able to de-escalate the situation and took the suspect into custody without injury.
During the arrest, police recovered a gun and discovered the suspect was a prohibited possessor. No additional information about the incident was available.
