1 Killed In Los Angeles Freeway Shooting
The shooting triggered a SigAlert overnight. No suspect description has been released.
LOS ANGELES, CA — One person was killed in a freeway shooting in Los Angeles late Thursday night, triggering an overnight SigAlert.
The shooting shut down the transition road from the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway to the eastbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway in South Los Angeles for hours. According to the California Highway Patrol, the shooting occurred at about 10 p.m.
Officers responding to a report of a shooting found the victim dead at the scene on the freeway transition, NBC Los Angeles reported.

The California Highway Patrol has issued a SigAlert for the closure of the transition road from the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway to the eastbound Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway in South Los Angeles and the eastbound 105.
Drivers were advised to avoid the area or seek alternate routes.
