1 Killed In Sepulveda Boulevard Crash, Traffic Impacted In The Pass

One person was killed in a crash on Sepulveda Boulevard Friday afternoon.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A person was killed in a collision on Sepulveda Boulevard Friday afternoon.

The crash occurred in the Sepulveda Pass just south of the Skirball Cultural Center at around 2 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

One person involved in the two-car collision was pronounced dead on the scene. A second person was set to be transported to a local hospital for treatment, the LAFD said.

Two lanes of Sepulveda were shut down as a result of the crash and traffic was being diverted around the collision as of 3:10 p.m., according to a Sigalert.
