2025 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Lineup
Foodies flock to Disney California Food & Wine Festival for a lineup of new savory and sweet treats.
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival returns to Disneyland Resort from Feb. 28 - April 21, 2025. There is an exciting medley of limited-time dishes and beverages, lively entertainment, colorful merchandise, cooking classes and demonstrations featuring fresh ingredients of California’s landscape.
This year’s festival introduces Mercado de Antojos, an all-new marketplace honoring Hispanic cuisine. A favorite this year is the Birria Mac & Cheese.
Guests planning to sample multiple festival menu items may choose to purchase a 4 or 8 tasting Sip and Savor Pass, which is redeemable for select food or nonalcoholic beverages from participating festival marketplaces or dining locations at Disney California Adventure Park.

Other must-try items included on the full festival menu include a healthy creamy burrata toast on Boudin Bakery sourdough bread with savory and sweet onion jam, sliced tomatoes, arugula with a balsamic glaze. Find this at Aunt Cass Cafe'.

The whole grilled fish Pescado Zarandeado with corn tortillas is another 'WOW' dish for foodies to share. It's served with Spanish rice and a zesty slaw. There are pickled vegetables and a side of chips and salsa. This is available at Paradise Garden Grill.
Sweet treats include an adorable Mickey-shaped Macaron filled with chopped Snickers, and a Cafe de Ella Tres Leches Cake. All items can be viewed on the Disney Parks Blog.
Show off your fandom with colorful new apparel and accessories in many of the Disney boutiques and shops. Additional activities for guests include riding the fan-favorite attraction Soarin’ Over California, attending a chef-led culinary demonstrations on Saturdays and Sundays, plus special offerings at the Downtown Disney District and Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
Bookable experiences such as mixology classes and tasting seminars can be reserved for a separate fee at Disneyland.com. There are a variety of mocktails on the Sip and Savor pass and cocktails available for an additional fee.
The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is one of the limited-time celebrations guests can experience with special offers in early 2025, such as the Kids’ Special Ticket Offer (valid for visits through March 20), Southern California resident ticket offer and savings at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort.
