LOS ANGELES, CA — Four males were wounded in a shooting in the South Park area of Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.

The shooting occurred at 7:49 p.m. Sunday at 51st Street and Avalon Boulevard, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Kevin Terzes.

One victim, a 14-year-old boy, was taken to a hospital for treatment by ambulance, Terzes said. The other three victims went to hospitals on their own.

The suspects were inside a vehicle when the shots were fired, then fled the scene, Terzes said.

A description of the suspects and their vehicle was not available.
