5th Woman Accuses ‘That 70s Show’ Actor Of Rape

Bobette Riales wrote on Twitter on Wednesday night that Danny Masterson "repeatedly raped me."

LOS ANGELES, CA — A fifth woman has accused “That 70s Show” actor Danny Masterson of rape, writing on Twitter that she has “stayed quiet long enough.”

Bobette Riales made the accusation on Twitter Wednesday night, writing: “Danny Masterson repeatedly raped me. All I seek is justice and to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else as it has for some time. My truth will be heard. I applaud her strength as well. @ChrissieBixler #metoo #sisters.”

Riales and Masterson were reportedly dating in the early 2000s, but it is not clear when alleged sexual assaults took place.

In her tweet, Riales tagged Chrissie Bixler, who previously accused Masterson or rape. Bixler urged her followers to support Riales in a response tweet Wednesday. “Hey, my twitter buddies, I just wanted to introduce and ask you to follow and show support to this incredibly brave and strong woman who I’ve recently come to know and is now forevermore my sister for life,” she wrote.

Bixler is one of four other women who have claimed Masterson raped them in the early 2000s. The Los Angeles Police Department told Patch in March that they are investigating Masterson after three women accused him of sexual assault.

"The Los Angeles Police Department Robbery-Homicide Division's Sexual Assault Section is conducting an investigation involving the actor Danny Masterson," Officer Tony Im told Patch at the time. "Three women have come forward and disclosed that they were sexually assaulted by Masterson during the early 2000s. It's an ongoing investigation."

Materson previously denied any wrongdoing. A publicist for Masterson did not immediately return request for comment regarding Riales' allegation.

In early December, Netflix announced it had written Masterson out of their show “The Ranch” after allegations were made against him.

"As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of 'The Ranch.' Yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him," a Netflix spokesman told HuffPost on Dec. 5.
