Abandoned Toddler Found In Hancock Park
Police are looking for the girl's parents, an LAPD Spokesperson said.
LOS ANGELES — Police are looking for the parents of a toddler found unattended early Tuesday morning in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, an LAPD spokesperson said Tuesday, Sept. 12.
"Right now its an ongoing investigation, the child was found and we are locating the parents," the LAPD spokesperson said.
The discovery was made about 2:50 a.m. in the 100 block of North Larchmont Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The child, a 3-year-old female was found in the company of a woman who was not her mother, KTLA reported this morning, though Patch.com could not independently confirm that information.
"I don't have those details, I just have that per protocol the officers requested an ambulance to have the child checked at a local hospital," the spokesperson said. "Right now its still an active scene."
