Amber Alert Issued For 1-Year-Old Kidnapped In Target Parking Lot: Police

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA — An Amber Alert was issued around 4:30 p.m. Sunday for a missing 1-year-old named Enzo Antonescu who is believed to have been abducted by three adults, according to authorities.

Around noon Sunday at a Target store in the 17700 block of Colima Road in the City of Industry, 20-year-old Dragan Antonesco produced a knife while Viorel Ilie, 48, and Marioara Ilie, 40, committed a physical assault and took the child, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The group is believed to be traveling in a black or dark gray 2011 Toyota Sienna with the California license plate 9SLF463, authorities said, adding they may be going to Colorado.

Antonesco should be considered armed and dangerous, according to authorities.

He is described as 5 feet, 9 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, and was wearing a black shirt and black pants.

Enzo Antonescu is 1 foot, 8 inches tall, 22 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. It was unclear what he was wearing.

Southern California residents were notified of the situation via a push alert to their cellphones.

Anyone who sees the child or man is urged to call 911.
