Wingstop dips into T.H.C.
At Wingstop, THC means more than just the chemical compound responsible for cannabis' psychoactive effects. Through Sunday, the chicken chain is offering "Hot Box" meals featuring its limited-time flavor dubbed T.H.C. — or The Hot Chili. The rub is described as a zesty mix of chili peppers, herbs and spices.

"Our fans count on Wingstop to deliver flavor when cravings hit, and 4/20 is no different," Wingstop's Melissa Cash said. "This year, we're bringing back the Wingstop Hot Box, with a bold new flavor that elevates any experience during this special day."

Jimmy John’s slings dime bags
Jimmy John’s is offering up a smokin' deal packed with flavor as part of a continued effort to beef up the sandwich chain's 420 bona fides. Available through Sunday, the Deliciously Dope Dime Bag includes a smoked ham and provolone sandwich topped with jalapeño ranch, extra oregano-basil, sliced pickles, crispy jalapeños, lettuce and tomato and is served alongside a pickle spear, brownie and bag of chips.
You can get it all for $10 with the code DIMEBAG. And you just might be one of the lucky customers who get a free gift, like a Jimmy John's branded rolling tray — which the chain points out is "for catching crumbs from the chips, of course."

Avocado milkshakes at Carl's Jr.
One of the most unusual 4/20 promotions comes from the great minds at Carl's Jr. — and on an extremely limited basis. The burger chain is debuting an avocado-flavored milkshake, available on Friday and Saturday only — and only at participating Palm Springs locations.
KFC opens a dispensary
In Venice, KFC is opening a one-day-only Saucy Nuggets Dispensary on Saturday, where visitors will be able to enjoy what the chain dubs a "curated, sensory experience" centered around KFC's five different varieties of sauced nuggets — Honey Sriracha, Korean BBQ, Sticky Chicky Sweet ‘n Sour, Nashville Hot and Georgia Gold.
Comedian Niles Abston and “saucier” Ian Fujimoto will be on hand to help guide guests through the immersive experience, which takes place at 1306 Abbot Kinney Blvd. from noon to 6 p.m.
