The Blvd Restaurant & Lounge, nestled within the iconic Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, offers a sophisticated dining experience that blends Californian freshness with global culinary influences.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Colin Bedford, the menu has been curated to include new dishes incorporating local ingredients.

A standout feature of The Blvd's offerings is the "Wellington Wednesday" special. Every Wednesday evening, guests can indulge in Chef Bedford's signature Beef Wellington, an upscale rendition of the classic British dish. This beautiful entree features roasted beef tenderloin enveloped in a mushroom and truffle duxelle wrapped in a golden sour cream pastry. Accompanied by potato purée, green peppercorn sauce, seasonal vegetables, and bresaola, it exemplifies Chef Bedford's flair for combining traditional techniques with contemporary flavors.

Chef Bedford's culinary journey began in the UK, where he honed his skills under the mentorship of esteemed British Chef Phil Vickery at The Castel Hotel. His career has spanned Michelin-starred kitchens and prestigious establishments, including The Fearrington House in North Carolina, where he earned the title of Grand Chef by Relais & Châteaux.

In February 2025, Chef Bedford brought his extensive experience and innovative vision to The Blvd at Beverly Wilshire. He draws inspiration from Southern California's abundant local ingredients, crafting dishes that are comforting and sophisticated. His approach melds classic techniques with avant-garde presentations, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.

Additional Culinary Delights

Beyond the Wellington Wednesday special, The Blvd offers a variety of culinary delights. The Super Sunday Feast features a slow-roasted prime rib of beef, accompanied by braised short rib–filled Yorkshire pudding, seasonal vegetables, caramelized onion and herb soufflé, creamy potato purée, and a red wine and shallot sauce.

There is also a delicious Black Gold Calamari with vanilla lab neh and a hot honey ranch sauce.

Cocktails are also innovative with their Feeling Pretty drink inspired by "Pretty Woman" with vodka, raspberry liquor, Brut Rosé and fresh raspberries. The hotel also has a special "Pretty Woman for a Day Package," including a penthouse or presidential specialty suite, a behind-the-scenes tour of Rodeo Drive’s most famous fashion houses with a personal wardrobe consultant and stylist, an exclusive dining experience at Wolfgang Puck's CUT, and a romantic chef’s dinner for two in the privacy of your luxurious suite. Guests can head to the spa and hand-drawn bath before attending a dining etiquette lesson and bespoke picnic at a nearby park, complete with a musical serenade.

Desserts are also delicious including their Rocky Road Ice Cream Sandwich, Snicker's Bar, Apple Pie and more.

The Blvd's ambiance is a blend of traditional elegance and Californian warmth.
