The Blvd's menu is a celebration of Californian cuisine, offering a variety of locally-sourced innovative dishes.

For appetizers, the Parker House rolls are a must order with winter black truffles and cultured butter. Also outstanding is the seasonal corn soup with basil and peaches, pumpkin pesto burrata with pickled watermelon, red gem Caesar salad, scallops with bacon and corn mousse and a Snake River Farms Wagyu beef tartare. They also offer Ossetra, Imperial and Elite Sasanian caviar with classic accoutrements and potato blinis.

The restaurant is known for their lobster pappardelle with lobster cream and an option for winter black truffles, and other main entrees include a dry-aged New York strip steak, roasted wild striped bass, seared halibut, black truffle gnocchi, Jidori roasted chicken and an exceptional braised short rib. Sides include macaroni and cheese with black truffle, potato puree, broccolini, and roasted summer squash.

Their famous chocolate souffle is worth the splurge, and they also offer a chocolate trio of desserts, Rocky Road macaron ice cream sandwich, cheesecake, a Snickers bar with peanut butter mousse and caramel, affogato and apple pie. If you can’t choose a single dessert, they also offer elegant large and small dessert platters with a variety of sweet treats.

The drink menu is equally impressive, with a curated selection of wines, craft cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. The Beverly Wilshire Cocktail (a mix of gin, citrus, and a hint of elderflower) is a signature drink that mirrors the hotel’s elegance.
