California Grandfather, 92, Beat With Brick
Witnesses said a woman and four men beat Rodolfo Rodriguez while he was going for a walk in his neighborhood.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A 92-year-old Los Angeles man is recovering Monday after he was allegedly beat with a brick by a woman and four men. Loved ones who created a GoFundMe for Rodolfo Rodriguez said the incident happened when the man went for his daily walk in the neighborhood on July 4.
KTLA reported Rodriguez bumped into a child when a woman, who may have been the child's mother, "pushes him to the floor before grabbing a brick and beating him with it."
Erik Mendoza, the grandson of Rodriguez, told KTLA that four men then attacked his grandfather.
