This Chicago Deli Inspired 'The Bear.' Now It's Serving Up Sandwiches In LA For One Weekend Only

The weekend pop-up will take place in Los Angeles from July 19 to 20.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The popular Chicago restaurant that served as the inspiration for the FX series "The Bear" will be serving up beef sandwiches in Los Angeles during a limited-time pop-up shop next week.

In partnership with cookware brand Hexaclad, Mr. Beef will be taking over Uncle Paulie's Deli in Los Angeles to give fans a little taste of what they've been missing when watching the latest season of "The Bear."

Through the "weekend special" on July 19 and 20, fans will get to experience the famous Mr. Beef sandwich and Homemade Italian Ice, courtesy of "The Bear" culinary director and Chicago native, Courtney Storer.

"The Bear" was created by Christoper Store and premiered in 2022.

It features several popular celebrities, including Jeremy Allen White, Ayo Edebiri, Lionel Boyce and Ebon Moss-Bachrach. White, who stars as award-winning chef Carmy Berzatto, must navigate the loss of his brother while managing an Italian beef sandwich shop he left behind.

The latest season premiered on June 25.

The pop-up will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Uncle Paulie's Deli, located at 8053 W. Third St.
