LOS ANGELES — As the weekend wraps, we've rounded up some of the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.
But before we jump into SoCal's other top stories: Some relief from the heat is on tap for Southern California thanks to an approaching cold front, which should see temperatures running cooler than usual over the next few days.
"A cold front will approach the state between Monday and Tuesday, bringing cooler temperatures and gusty winds at times into mid-week," NWS Los Angeles wrote Sunday. "Temps will turn cooler during the period, with the warmest day Monday, then cooling to several degrees below normal Tuesday and Wednesday."
