Los Angeles, CA – Connor Treacy, a distinguished entrepreneur, entertainment visionary, and dedicated public servant, proudly announces a new chapter of leadership in community and political engagement. Renowned for transforming Los Angeles nightlife and making waves in the music and technology sectors, Treacy will soon embark on key roles that further his commitment to civic connection and progressive values.
Beginning in mid-2025, Treacy will serve a two-year term as the Outreach Officer for the Del Rey Neighborhood Council, focusing on strengthening community bonds and encouraging local residents to engage with council initiatives. “I believe Del Rey has incredible potential for growth and inclusivity,” Treacy says. “As Outreach Officer, my priority is to bring neighbors together, highlight community concerns, and advocate for local solutions.”
Treacy has also been appointed Chair of Major Events within the financial department for the Stonewall Democratic Club, overseeing high-impact events and programs that support progressive causes. “I’m excited to work with the Stonewall community to create initiatives that truly resonate with our members and the broader Los Angeles area,” he notes.
This is not Treacy’s first foray into public service. In 2022, he interned for the Mayor of El Segundo, gaining valuable insights into municipal governance and policy-making. That experience reinforced his dedication to community-building, strategic leadership, and public advocacy.

A born entrepreneur, Treacy co-founded the luxury nightclub OffSunset by age 28. In its first year alone, OffSunset generated $4 million in revenue, quickly becoming a magnet for Hollywood’s elite and redefining upscale nightlife in Los Angeles.
Treacy’s career in the entertainment industry includes working on a project that won a Grammy at Universal Music Group, finalizing major partnerships with global tech companies, and leading marketing initiatives for top-tier hospitality brands like Tao Group.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies from Penn State University and a Master of Studies in Law from the USC Gould School of Law. Currently pursuing his MBA at USC’s Marshall School of Business, Treacy continues to blend creative vision with business acumen.
“Community and connection have always been at the core of everything I do,” Treacy says. “Whether I’m helping produce a Grammy-winning project, launching a successful business, or organizing local initiatives, my goal is to bring people together around meaningful causes.”
As he steps into these new leadership roles, Treacy is eager to collaborate with residents, activists, and fellow business leaders to help Del Rey thrive and to champion progressive values throughout Los Angeles.
