Cops ID Wanted Man In Westlake Killing

LOS ANGELES — Police have identified a man wanted in connection with a killing earlier this year in the Westlake neighborhood, according to authorities.

Isaac Davila, 21, was an acquaintance of 30-year-old Edwin Mora and is believed to have been involved in Mora’s killing, to which officers responded around 6:15 p.m. on March 27 in the area of West Second and Emerald streets, police said. Mora suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso, according to police.

Davila, who has several distinctive facial and neck tattoos, fled the scene on foot, police said.
