Criminal Battery Report Filed After 50 Cent Hits Woman With Microphone

LOS ANGELES -- 50 Cent is now a suspect in a criminal felony battery report after throwing a microphone at an LA concert and hitting a woman in the crowd.

The woman hit filed a police report Wednesday, Aug. 30. Law enforcement sources told TMZ that they believe the rapper threw the mic at his crew in the production area and wound up hitting the victim. The woman went to the hospital with a head laceration.

50 was performing at Crypto.com Arena Wednesday night as part of his "Final Lap" tour. Attendees told TMZ that the rapper wasn't targeting the woman, but was upset after being handed multiple microphones during the concert that didn't work.
