LONG BEACH, CA — A Lynwood man was charged Tuesday with murder and other counts stemming from an alleged hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian in Long Beach.
Isai Solis, 28, is charged with one count each of murder, attempted murder and hit-and-run driving resulting in death or serious injury to another person, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
