LOS ANGELES, CA — An earthquake rocked Los Angeles County Saturday evening, officials said.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the 3.5 magnitude quake was reported about six miles north of La Verne at 5:11 local time.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. The USGS said that damage does not usually occur until an earthquake's magnitude reaches somewhere above 4 or 5.
