Spicy new cocktails and seasonal fall dishes make this the time to visit

El Torito is unveiling a fresh new beverage program, and it’s the perfect excuse to stop in for lunch, dinner, or a night out with friends. With locations in Marina del Rey, Sherman Oaks, Pasadena, Irvine, and Torrance, there’s no shortage of places to experience it for yourself.

The updated cocktail lineup reflects the made-from-scratch philosophy that defines El Torito’s kitchen. Classic flavors are reimagined with modern touches, creating drinks that feel both familiar and exciting. The result is a mix of bright margaritas, tropical sips, and elevated martinis, each crafted to suit a wide range of tastes.

Jalapeño Cucumber Margarita – A cool and spicy refresher built with Partida Blanco, house-made cucumber-jalapeño purée, fresh lime, and agave, finished with a crisp cucumber ribbon.

Guava Hibiscus Margarita –This margarita blends El Jimador Blanco with guava nectar, hibiscus syrup, and citrus for a vibrant, pink-hued pour.

Raspberry Sage Lemon Drop – A delicate balance of sweetness and herbal notes, featuring New Amsterdam Vodka, raspberry, sage, elderflower, and lemon.

Grilled Piña – A smoky fruity combination wtih Teremana Blanco, Chambord, grilled pineapple purée, and lime over crushed ice.

Citrus Cantorito – A sparkling, citrus-forward cocktail rimmed with chamoy and Tajín and crowned with a tamarind stick.
Zero Proof Margarita – All the flavor, none of the buzz, crafted with Almave Blanco Zero Proof Tequila.
And for those looking for alcohol-free options, every margarita on the menu can be made spirit free using Almave, the first premium, non-alcoholic blue agave spirit from Jalisco.


While the new cocktails shine, they pair perfectly with the dishes longtime diners love. El Torito’s signature tableside guacamole, sizzling fajitas, and hand-pressed tortillas remain staples of the chain. Guests can indulge in classics like the Macho Combo Plate, Enchiladas Suizas, or the mesquite-grilled carne asada, each rooted in the restaurant’s commitment to traditional Mexican flavors There are also new fall dishes including ribeye tacos, seven layer bean dip and pumpkin bread pudding.
