A fire is burning at a homeless encampment near the intersection of the 405 and 60 freeways, CHP says.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A fire is burning at a homeless encampment near the Soto Road off ramp of the connector road of the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway and the westbound Pomona (60) Freeway near East Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol is reporting.
