LOS ANGELES, CA — Evacuation warnings across neighborhoods in Los Angeles County — primarily in areas surrounding recent burn scars, including in Altadena around the Eaton Fire burn scar — remained in effect Saturday night as communities across Southern California saw more rainfall, as even more storms were predicted on Sunday, Eyewitness News reported.

A cold front moved into the area on Saturday, bringing moderate rainfall of up to an inch in some areas, but higher in others, though it's expected that there will be a short break from the heavy rain during the overnight hours, the outlet reported.

Scattered showers are expected in different parts of the region on Sunday morning and into the afternoon, but then the rain will pick back up again moderately returning in the evening, with up to half an inch of rainfall expected, according to the outlet.
