Jade Brings Redefined Japanese Cuisine to Beverly Hills

Innovative dishes and cocktails make this a unique sushi spot in the 90210

Located in Beverly Hills’ Golden Triangle, Jade is a bit hard to find but well worth the trip to Beverly Hills.

Combining sushi, music and innovative cocktails, Jade brings a welcome modern take on Japanese dishes in a cozy intimate environment.

Green walls and a flowering ceiling house round and square tables and banquettes with rose and green velvet chairs. The triangular shaped dining room has a dozen seating areas and a bar with a small space for live music at the back.

The menu includes a fusion of contemporary Japanese dishes including spicy tuna crisp with nori chips, smoked paprika, spicy aioli and radish; Hamachi crudo with ponzu, chili crisp, citrus, lemon oil and shiso; sashimi platter; Wagyu carpaccio with uni, white truffle oil wasabi pea and mustard ponzu; their Wagyu Don with wagyu steak, a quail egg, wasabi aioli, pickled onion and crispy shallot served over rice; a daily selection of fish, tamago, uni and ikura; snow crab, spicy tuna, uni and snapper over rice and Jidori chicken in a shitake soy marinade with pickled mustard greens.

Their rolls are also delicious including a Hamachi, scallop, avocado and jalapeno roll; spicy tuna yellowfin, avocado and sriracha mayo roll and their crab, unagi, squid ink, eel sauce and masago roll.

Jade also has showstopping dishes for special occasions and celebrations, including their diamond roll with lobster, seared salmon, Kaluga caviar and gold flakes and their 467 Carat Premium Dragon with uni, caviar, rolls and nigiri. There is also a variety of caviar services available.

Cocktails are unique and combine Japanese ingredients with a variety of liquor and include their Tenkiame 2.0 with Japanese whiskey, ginger syrup and shiso; the Tokyo Mule with Haku Rice vodka, sake, lime, ginger and mint; their Yuzu Margarita with Blanco Tequila, yuzu, Contreau, agave and salt and their Summer in Hayama with rum, pineapple brute, Pandan syrup, coconut water and lemon.
