Koi LA Offers 2 Separate Menus For Dine LA, Including Vegan Option
The venerable Japanese restaurant is offering one menu with its iconic sushi dishes — along with a second, entirely vegan menu.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Koi LA is among the 480 eateries participating in Dine LA, which runs through Aug. 8.
The venerable Japanese restaurant, a favorite of sushi lovers since 2002, is offering two separate prix fixe menus.
“For this year's Dine LA, I implemented the vegan menu as well as part of the restaurant week since it's been a fan-favorite at Koi, with even non-vegan diners ordering off that menu," Executive Chef Robb Lucas told Patch.

For $75, diners have a choice of multiple options across four courses — plus dessert — with both menus.
The classic menu includes choices like crispy rice with spicy tuna and truffle avocado and peppercorn filet mignon toban yoki with shishito potato mash. The vegan menu's offerings include vegan salmon with soy kelp, tofu marinated, carrot ginger coulis and served with kale noodle stir fry; along with cucumber sunomono with pickled cucumber and sesame seeds.
