Man Shot And Killed, 4 Others Injured In Traffic Collision In Compton

COMPTON, CA — A man who was shot to death in Compton was found in a white vehicle that was involved in a major traffic collision where four other people were transported to a hospital in unknown condition, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies said Sunday.

The shooting was reported about 7:05 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Bentley Avenue at East Greenleaf Boulevard.

When deputies arrived, they found the white vehicle in the middle of the intersection with the five men inside, according to the Sheriff's Information Bureau.
