Man Wounded During South LA Street Takeover
The LAPD said a 20-year-old driver was shot during a street takeover early Saturday in South L.A.

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A 20-year-old motorist was shot while witnessing a street takeover Saturday morning in South Los Angeles, authorities said.
The victim was seated in his vehicle when a suspect got out his vehicle, fired shots and then drove away, the Los Angeles Police Department's Media Relations Division reported.
Police were dispatched at 1:57 a.m. to the shooting scene in the area of San Pedro Street and Manchester Avenue.

Police said the victim transported himself to a hospital, and the wound was not considered life-threatening.
Authorities had no suspect description.
