Connie Clotworthy is the heart and soul behind Worthy Beyond Purpose’s mindfulness and meditation programming, bringing calm, connection, and emotional resilience to elementary school classrooms. As a dedicated instructor, Connie goes far beyond teaching breathing techniques—she creates safe spaces where children feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her gentle presence and intuitive understanding of each child’s emotional landscape allow her to meet students exactly where they are, whether it’s guiding a moment of stillness after recess or helping a child navigate big feelings with compassion.
