LOS ANGELES, CA — Film producer David Guillod won't face charges in connection with sexual assault allegations, District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman announced Friday afternoon.

The decision comes four years after Guillod was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department at his Sherman Oaks home. At the time, the "Atomic Blonde" producer was already facing 11 felony counts in connection with multiple sexual assault allegations in Santa Barbara County.

In the Santa Barbara case, he was accused of sexually assaulting Ted actress Jessica Berth and another woman, but the case was dismissed in June 2022, Deadline reported. Two of the accuser's case were then transferred to Los Angles County where the attacks were alleged to have occurred, according to Deadline.

According to Hochman, prosecutors would be "unable to prove sexual assault allegations against David Guillod beyond a reasonable doubt."

"The allegations involve deeply troubling and concerning behavior, and we empathize with the pain and trauma the accusers have experienced throughout this long investigative process," Hochman said in a written release. "Reporting sexual assault takes courage, and we recognize the strength of the women who came forward to tell their stories in this matter. While we are unable to pursue charges in this case, our hope is that the example of these women will inspire victims of sexual abuse to seek support and report abuse as soon as possible."

being sexually assaulted by Guillod during an evening meeting," the LAPD announced in a written statement at the time.

Guillod's producer credits include the Netflix show "Loudermilk" "Ask Me Anything" and "Extraction."
