Netflix Fires Danny Masterson Amid Rape Allegations: Report
Four women have claimed actor Danny Masterson raped them in the early 2000s.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Netflix ousted actor Danny Masterson from the show “The Ranch” on Tuesday amid several rape allegations against the actor, The Huffington Post reported. A Netflix spokesperson told the news website on Tuesday that Masterson had been written out of the show and his last day was Monday.
Four women claimed Masterson raped them in the early 2000s, which has led to an investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, according to HuffPost. He is the latest high-profile man to lose his job amid a string of dozens of sexual assault allegations against men in entertainment, business and politics.
“As a result of ongoing discussions, Netflix and the producers have written Danny Masterson out of ′The Ranch.′ Yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him,” a Netflix spokesman told HuffPost.

Actor Ashton Kutcher also appears in the Netflix show, the second show that features both him and Masterson. The two were co-stars on "That 70s Show," which ran from 1998 to 2006.
Masterson has denied the rape allegations and has said all the sexual encounters were consensual.
