Pursuit Ends With Rollover Crash On I-110 Off-Ramp

LOS ANGELES, CA — A man and woman were hospitalized Wednesday morning with critical injuries they suffered when the allegedly stolen vehicle they were in crashed at the Slauson Avenue off-ramp from the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway south of downtown Los Angeles during a police pursuit.

The chase began in the Exposition Park area and the crash occurred around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, which did not disclose when or where the pursuit started.

Firefighters freed the man and woman from the wreckage and both were taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The names of the suspects were not disclosed.

There were no reports of any officers injured.
