Rainbow Colored Xiao Long Baos at Paradise Dynasty LA at Americana at Brand

Chinese inspired soup dumplings in 8 different colors are the rage at Paradise Dynasty

The newest restaurant inside Americana at Brand is the new Paradise Dynasty. This popular restaurant in Asia is known for its signature flavored rainbow colored Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings). Inside the restaurant is elegant with Chinese decor and booths. It took over the former restaurant space of Din Tai Fung (now at the Glendale Galleria).

Grand opening of Paradise Dynasty

A Must To Order: Xiao Long Bao in a basket filled with never-tried-before flavors such as crab roe, cheese, garlic, Korean kimchi, Szechuan, bbq pulled pork and black truffle. The vibrant colors of the eight soup dumpling are from natural ingredients like spinach, beetroot, and carrot. They are served with a Xiao Long Bao guide sheet for guests to experience each one in a specific order. Start with their mild Original and then move on to more exciting bold flavors. It's almost like a chef-guided soup dumpling tasting flight. Each xiao long bao is made with 18 folds, a traditional benchmark of mastery that keeps the soup sealed. Place on a spoon and pierce the skin with one bite, as the luscious liquid fills your spoon and palate.
