LOS ANGELES, CA — A SigAlert was issued for the northbound Golden State (5) Freeway in Los Angeles Wednesday morning.

A disabled vehicle is blocking the number 3 and 4 lanes just south of Cesar Chavez Avenue in Boyle Heights, according to the California Highway Patrol. As of 11: 15 a.m., the CHP advised commuters to avoid the area.

Clean-up was expected to take about an hour.
