GLENDALE, CA — Burglars broke into three businesses in a Glendale strip mall early Friday morning.
The break-ins occurred shortly after 3 a.m. at a small shopping center on San Fernando Road, just north of Los Feliz Road, according to the Glendale Police Department.
Dinah's Chicken, El Pavo Bakery and El Ruby Mexican restaurant were targeted, police said.

"The loss was very minimal, with the majority ... coming from damage done," Sgt. Jose Barajas said.
Security footage from Dinah's aired by KTLA shows two masked suspects shattering the restaurant's glass front door and running inside. They then split up: one person ran into a back room and the other rummaged through the counter near the cash register.

One suspect is seen in the footage wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with "NARCOS" written across the back, KTLA reported.
"The front door was broken into, my office was torn up," Dinah's owner Linda Pearson told NBC Los Angeles. "They sort of ran through the place in four or five minutes. We don't keep any money in the registers, so they didn't get anything. They just made a mess and more costs for our business."
