SpaceX Rocket Lights Up SoCal: What Did They Launch?
Did you see the bright light as it soared over Southern California?

VANDENBERG SPACE FORCE BASE, CA — Southern California residents were once again treated to the sights of the future on Monday night, as dozens of satellites were launched into orbit from Vandenberg Space Force Base in Santa Barbara County.
The launch, which happened around 8:35 p.m., was visible across most Southland counties.
A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket was carrying 26 Starlink satellites, according to Vandenberg Space Force Base officials.

Just minutes after the rocket launched and sent a trail of vibrant vapor into the nighttime sky, viewers could clearly see the booster stage separation from Falcon 9.
